Due to some internal demolition within the Exchange Place Building, CityLink has had to schedule an urgent relocation of its node within this building.
This outage will take place from 7pm Thursday 14 April and all services are expected to be fully restored by the start of the next working day. This will affect all CityLink clients within the Exchange Place Building itself, plus a small number of customers who have dedicated fibre that runs through this location.
All affected customers will be directly advised of the outage by midday, Wed 13 April; and the normal CityLink helpdesk services are in place for those clients with 24x7 network support
